Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund under the following condition:

• Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately via the page within this 24-hour window.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have passed the 24-hour window or entered the processing phase.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following strict circumstances:

1. The product received is damaged.
2. The product delivered is wrong (i.e., a different item or size than what was ordered).

Submitting a Refund Claim

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us via the page within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To process any claim, you are required to provide clear photos of the product you received from 4-5 different angles showing the damage or the wrong item.
• Once we review the photos and confirm the issue, we will process your refund.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for issues other than damage or wrong delivery (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with fit/color not due to an error on our part).
